- Gas Pipe Installation: T-off from the existing kitchen gas pipe, to gas water heater located in the kitchen or service yard.
- Water Pipe Installation: Connects from gas water heater to both bathrooms.
- Electrical Works: Installation of a 13amp electrical point for the gas water heater and termination of existing electrical points (if required).
- Carpentry Adjustments: Installation of pipes through existing cabinetry (if required).
- Appliance Removal: Safe removal and disposal of your existing water heater.
- Pipe Accommodation: Making openings to allow gas and water pipes to pass through.
- Finishing Touches: Patching up all holes for a clean finish.** Note: Conversion work will only commence after conducting a site survey and after receiving both acceptance from Customer and City Energy.
